Job summary

Aerotek is seeking two Material Handlers in Eagle Mountain, UT for a direct-hire role. You will support warehouse operations, perform picking, receiving, and inventory tasks while using RF scanners and forklift equipment.

Typical shifts run days M-F with some Saturdays; pay is $22.50/hour, with full onsite duties in a large data center environment. This permanent position includes standard benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be tech savvy and computer literate.
• Experience in material handling.
• Proficiency in packing and general labor tasks.
• Experience with RF scanners.
• Knowledge of packaging and shipping processes.
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack.
• Familiarity with picking and shipping/receiving operations.
• Willing to submit to a drug and background check.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform work in a traditional warehousing environment, picking parts according to customer orders.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.
• Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or bins according to product code.
• Assist in counting and tracking materials received or distributed, and help with inventory counts.
• Maintain inventory control and accurate records.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts.
• Organize facility, warehouse, and work area for orderliness (5S).
• Work a schedule as needed to meet production goals and KPIs.
• Unload, depalletize, and transport server racks to designated locations.
• Receive, check, and book in deliveries.
• Perform picking and dispatching related activities.
• Unbox and re-box items.
• Assist with receipt and task queries.
