Bellmont Cabinets is seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler/Receiver to join our 1300 Inventory Department in Sumner, WA. You will receive, stock, and move materials to keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift experience and knowledge of inventory systems, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. We offer training, growth opportunities, and a collaborative culture that values craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of receiving and inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred – certification is provided.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; teamwork required for heavier lifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock incoming materials, ensuring items are labeled, stored, and tracked.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Deliver materials to production areas to support workflow and prevent delays.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy checks.
• Respond to inquiries regarding inventory availability and location.
• Collect purchase orders and packing slips at delivery and ensure proper documentation flow.
• Work with vendors to manage backorders and resolve defective material issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving and inventory area following PPE and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure product flow.
• Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes.
