Job summary

Adler Pelzer Group 1 in the United States is seeking a forklift operator responsible for safety checks at the start of each shift, rotating inventory for FIFO, and supporting team objectives.

You will also maintain housekeeping, follow IATF standards, and perform assigned tasks as needed to keep plant operations running smoothly. The role requires the ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and be available for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends.
• Adheres to IATF requirements and maintains plant housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure forklift safety checks are completed at start of each shift.
• Assist with FIFO inventory rotation.
• Accept assignments and other duties to support team objectives.
• Maintain clean and organized work area throughout the plant.
• Follow applicable IATF requirements.

• Accepts assignments and other responsibilities as required in support of team objectives.
• Maintains good housekeeping in work area and throughout the plant.
• Adheres to applicable IATF requirements.
• Ability to read and comprehend operational work instructions.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds overhead as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work necessary overtime, which may include weekend work.
• All other suties assigned as required to support the plant and its operations
