Job summary

Adler Pelzer Group is seeking a forklift / warehouse associate to perform safety checks, rotate inventory to maintain FIFO, and support team objectives. The role requires reading work instructions, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds as needed.

Overtime, including weekends, may be required. The position emphasizes maintaining a clean work area and compliance with IATF requirements while supporting the plant and operations.

Qualifications

• Willing to work overtime, including weekends.
• Forklift safety checks and inventory rotation (FIFO) are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure forklift is safe to operate by performing pre-shift safety checks.
• Assist in rotating inventory to maintain FIFO.
• Support team objectives and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and plant environment.
• Adhere to applicable IATF requirements.

• Shares responsibility for rotating inventory to ensure FIFO.
• Accepts assignments and other responsibilities as required in support of team objectives.
• Maintains good housekeeping in work area and throughout the plant.
• Adheres to applicable IATF requirements.
• Ability to read and comprehend operational work instructions.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds overhead as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work necessary overtime, which may include weekend work.
• All other suties assigned as required to support the plant and its operations
