Job summary

J&O Plastics is a leading manufacturer of quality custom injection molding and is committed to operational excellence. The Production Material Handlers move raw goods and unfinished product through the production process, reporting to the Production Manager.

This role supports shipping operations, material flow, and overall efficiency on the floor. Responsibilities include moving finished skids to shipping, keeping the area clean and organized, and being flexible for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move finished skids from Quality Inspection to Shipping staging area, then load onto tractor trailers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping area.
• Provide general assistance where needed.
• Overtime is required as a condition of employment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Reporting to the Production Manager our Material Handlers are responsible for the movement of all components of finished goods from the production floor. Our Production Material Handlers move our raw goods and unfinished product through the production process.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Moving finished skids from the Quality Inspection area to the Shipping staging area. From there the palletized products will be loaded onto tractor trailers.
• Maintain overall general cleanliness and organization of the shipping area.
• Provide general assistance where needed.
• Working overtime when necessary. Overtime is a condition of employment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• At least 1 year experience in a warehouse or factory setting as a Material Handler.
