Job summary

HealthTrust Supply Chain, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Material Handler Production to ensure clinicians have needed supplies for patient care. You will follow instructions, perform receiving against purchase orders, and place items into correct locations within the warehouse.

You will maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, and you will pick and pack materials for staging while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced healthcare logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and electronic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read, follow, and execute tasks per defined sequences and workflows.
• Process receiving of products against purchase orders to ensure quantity and quality.
• Put away products into designated locations to maintain organized storage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and locations, performing cycle counts as needed.
• Pick and pack materials in an organized manner in preparation for staging.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for performing administrative and physical tasks within a warehouse which involves the storing and distributing of products, materials, supplies, and equipment to points of care within the network.

What will you do in this role:

• You will ensure our clinicians have the supplies they need to provide our patients with high quality care.
• You will read, follow, and execute tasks per sequence defined by electronic or hard copy instructions and workflow.
• You will process receiving of product against purchase orders ensuring proper quantity and quality of product.
• You will physically put away o product into locations.
• You will maintain accuracy of material inventory and locations performing cycle counts as needed.
• You will pick and pack material in an organized and logical manner in preparation for staging.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
• Forklift Certification Preferred
