Job summary

HealthTrust Supply Chain, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Material Handler Shipping in Lakeland, FL. You will be responsible for ensuring clinicians have necessary supplies and for processing receipts against purchase orders as you handle storage, retrieval, and staging of materials.

The role requires following defined workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and performing cycle counts as needed. Forklift certification is preferred, and a High School Diploma or GED is typically expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinicians have the supplies they need to provide high quality patient care.
• Read, follow, and execute tasks per sequence defined by instructions/workflow.
• Process receiving of product against purchase orders, ensuring correct quantity and quality.
• Physically put away products into locations.
• Maintain accuracy of material inventory and locations; perform cycle counts as needed.
• Pick and pack material in an organized and logical manner for staging.
