Job summary

WILBERT INC, as part of Marmon Holdings and Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a production helper to tend plastic molding machines and ensure materials are prepared for the day’s schedule. The role includes moving stock, staging materials, and supporting mold changes to minimize downtime.

You will assist with setup, monitor material availability, and help with clean-up after production runs, while maintaining safety and orderly work areas.

Responsibilities

• Tend plastic molding machines (injection molding or thermoforming) to ensure raw materials are prepared for the production schedule.
• Assist with removal and clean up of raw material after production run.
• Prepare workstations and review production schedule to determine material and product requirements.
