Job summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure that raw materials needed for production are ready and available at all times.
2. Assist in the changeover process.
3. Unload, clean, and reload material hoppers.
4. Transport materials to and from the production area and warehouse.
5. Clean grinders, color feeders, and related equipment.
6. Maintain appropriate documentation related to the material system.
7. Perform daily color checks and document in the color LDR book.
8. Clean and maintain loader system vacuum pumps, filters, and mixer rooms.
9. Document preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment in Maximo.
10. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
11. Identify and weigh raw materials.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
13. Maintain 100% classroom training as required.
