Job Duties

Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for the movement of packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs. Assists in the buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight. Acts as a liaison between the company and ULD repair vendors as required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. from ground to chest level without assistance and maneuver packages over 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and squat for designated work hours.
• Ability to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces, including stacking packages above head if required.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs and ladders if necessary.
• Successfully complete all basic and recurrent training.
• Effective communication skills in noisy environments.

Job Conditions

Non-safety sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work alertly and safely. Valid driver's license required for operating motorized conveyances.

Pay Transparency

This estimated starting salary range applies across all locations and levels, with actual pay based on experience, market, and other factors. Eligible employees receive health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Range: $17.89/hour plus an additional $2.00/hour pay premium.
