Job Duties

Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for the movement of packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs. Assists in the buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight. Acts as liaison between the company and ULD repair vendors, as required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. from ground to chest level and maneuver packages over 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment or assistance. Capable of walking, standing, bending, and squatting for designated work hours. Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces, stacking packages if needed. Able to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs or ladders if required. Must complete all basic and recurrency training. Effective communication in noisy environments is essential.

Job Conditions

Non-safety-sensitive position. Medical exam required. Must work alert and safely. Valid driver’s license required for operating motorized conveyances.

Pay Transparency

This range reflects the current starting salary across locations, with actual pay based on experience, market, and location. Eligible employees may receive additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Range: $18.79-$25.97

Additional Posting Information: Shift timings are Monday 2am-6am, Tuesday 5am-8am, Wednesday-Friday 4am-8am.
