Job Overview

This role involves the safe and efficient operation of equipment used for moving packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs. The position also includes assisting in the buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight, serving as a liaison with ULD repair vendors, and performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: None required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. from ground to chest level and maneuver packages above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, and maneuver packages in various conditions and environments
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, climb stairs and ladders if needed
• Successful completion of all required training
• Effective communication skills in noisy environments

Job Conditions

This is a non-covered safety-sensitive position. A medical exam is required. Valid driver's license is necessary as operating motorized conveyances may be involved. The ability to work alertly and safely is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay is $17.89 per hour, with a $2.00 pay premium per hour for all hours worked. The company offers health, vision, dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
