Job Title: Material Handler/Packager Job Location: Greenville, WI Job Duration: 9 Months on W2 Shift: 3rd Shift, 9:30pm to 6:30am Job Description: - Assist with packaging on a press machine.
- Work alongside the machine operator to remove rolls from the machine and place them in boxes.
- Seal filled boxes with tape and place them on pallets.
- Move full pallets using a pallet jack to designated areas.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly.
- Wear steel toe shoes; safety glasses, ear plugs, and high visibility vests are provided by the client.
- No prior machine experience required.
- This is a special project lasting up to a year or longer, with potential for permanent hire before the project ends.
- Operate basic finishing equipment and tools following established processes and instructions.
- Follow work order instructions, perform quality tests, and meet productivity standards.
- Learn the use of tools and equipment under supervision.
- Understand and apply safety policies and procedures.
- Build productive internal relationships and resolve simple issues.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; less than 1 year of experience preferred.
