Job summary

Hodell-Natco Industries, Inc. in Columbia, SC is seeking a Material Handler/Order Puller/Delivery Driver to support high-volume warehouse operations and on-site customer service.

You will operate forklifts and RF scanners, pick, pack, ship orders, and deliver materials under VMI guidelines while coordinating with sales and support teams. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic math and reading skills.
• Familiarity with scan systems and basic comfort level with computers.
• Prior warehouse and customer service experience.
• Must have a current driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to pick, pack, assemble, and ship orders.
• Operate an RF scanner to prioritize orders, manage inventory, and uphold quality standards.
• Support VMI by delivering materials in a safe and timely manner to meet customer demands and engage with customers on-site.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive work environment in collaboration with sales and support teams.
