ManpowerGroup in Glendale, WI is seeking a Material Handler Order-Cherry Picker to support our shipping operations. You will receive and pick shipments, load trucks, and operate cherry picker equipment within a 4‑ten hour shift schedule.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of warehouse experience, RF scanning proficiency, and reliable transportation. The role offers a path from temporary to full-time employment and a strong team environment.

• RF scanning and RF gun experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to follow electronic pulling processes.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Job Title: Material Handler Order-Cherry Picker

Location: Glendale, WI

Pay Range: $18/hr.

Shift: 3:30PM-1:30AM (Monday–Thursday)

What's the Job?

• Receive and pick shipments using an electronic pulling system to support accurate order fulfillment.

• Prepare orders to ship and load trucks using various types of heavy equipment.

• Use RF scanning to support order accuracy and complete cycle counting tasks.

• Operate order picking equipment, including being elevated up to 30 feet high, as required by the work.

• Support other warehouse duties as assigned to keep the shipping team running smoothly.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with proficiency operating a cherry picker.

• Knowledge and experience working with RF guns (RF scanning).

• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to follow electronic pulling processes.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate clearly and complete documentation.

• Reliable transportation to and from work to ensure consistent attendance during busy season.
