What You’ll Do:
Operate mobile shear equipment to process and cut scrap metal efficiently
Handle ferrous and non-ferrous materials with grapple and magnet attachments
Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure peak performance
Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage and proper handling techniques
Collaborate with the team to maximize productivity and maintain high operational standards
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years operating mobile shear, grapple, or magnet equipment
Mechanical Skills: Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Attention to Detail: Understanding of metal types, grades, and proper handling techniques
Safety Focused: Knowledge of OSHA regulations and PPE usage
