YOUR ROLE

Are you known for your equipment operation skills and passionate about warehouse logistics and organization? Do you enjoy leading a team and working in a clean and efficient warehouse environment? If so, we have an opportunity for you to execute essential operational processes and contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse operation.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including collaboration, timely communication, instruction, and operational assistance.
2. Serve as a lead to staff, providing work direction, training in operational areas, and prioritizing and assigning tasks.
3. Perform forklift operations, including handling heavy and oversized items.
4. Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring proper sorting and placement according to predefined criteria.
5. Operate hand tools for packaging and container assembly tasks.
6. Complete and verify forms, labels, and documentation to ensure inventory accuracy and proper tracking of goods.
7. Oversee warehouse maintenance tasks and address operational concerns.
8. Prepare and assemble orders, move and load materials using manual equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. High School Diploma or GED; at least five years of warehousing or related logistics experience.
2. Forklift certification within 3-6 months of hire; valid driver’s license preferred.
3. Ability to operate warehouse equipment and basic proficiency in relevant software applications.
4. Strong organizational and leadership skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a team environment.
