Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Millington, TN is seeking a Material Handler Operator I to support personalization activities in a fast-paced warehouse. You will assist with inventory control, loading and unloading, and cooperative workflow to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Expect to lift up to 50 pounds, use hand and power tools, and pursue forklift certification as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification is typically required within 3–6 months of hire.
• Basic computer skills and manual task capability are expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers in the warehouse environment.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within the assigned area.
• Prepare and assemble orders and move materials from receiving to storage or other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, pallets or bins according to size, type, and code.
• Operate hand tools and, when certified, a forklift to support safe handling of goods.
• Assist with identifying operational concerns and monitor maintenance tasks in the warehouse.
