YOUR ROLE

Are you known for your equipment operation skills and passionate about warehouse logistics and organization? Do you enjoy working in a clean and efficient warehouse environment? If so, we have an opportunity that allows you to execute essential operational processes and contribute to safe and efficient warehouse operations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including collaboration, timely communication, and operational assistance.
• Execute manual labor functions such as picking inventory, counting cargo, staging, loading goods, and operating manual equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, preparing and assembling orders, and moving items within the warehouse.
• Manage sorting and placement of materials on racks, shelves, or pallets according to predetermined criteria.
• Potentially serve as a lead operator, assisting with training and work instructions for new hires.
• Operate forklifts when trained and certified, and complete documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify operational concerns, notify colleagues, and assist with maintenance tasks.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• High School Diploma or GED, with at least two years of warehousing or logistics experience or successful completion of a rotation program.
• Forklift certification typically required within 3-6 months of hire; a valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Skills in operating warehouse tools and basic proficiency in relevant software applications.
• Characteristics such as promptness, professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to read and complete basic documents.
