Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a warehouse associate to support kit, pick, and sequencing of customer product in a fast‑paced facility.

You will report quality discrepancies, complete production records, and help maintain a safe, clean work environment while working closely with a collaborative team. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required; basic math and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Six months to one year related warehouse experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required; familiarity with warehouse management systems helpful.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Kit, pick or sequence customer product as per work instructions.
  • Report all quality discrepancies.
  • Complete production records as required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

YOUR ROLE

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Kit, pick or sequence customer product as per work instructions.
  • Report all quality discrepancies.
  • Complete production records as required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred; Six months to one-year related experience preferred.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills. Knowledge/skill with warehouse management systems preferred (i.e. PKMS.) Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Characteristics: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Ability to balance individual responsibilities. Consistently on time and at work.
