What You’ll Do:
Safely operate grapple and magnet equipment to move, load, and process scrap metal
Sort and handle ferrous and non-ferrous materials with precision
Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance for peak performance
Follow all safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Work closely with the team to maximize efficiency and maintain high standards
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years operating grapple/magnet equipment or similar heavy machinery
Mechanical Skills: Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Attention to Detail: Understanding of metal types, grades, and proper handling techniques
Safety Focused: Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage
