Responsibilities

Our Distribution Center team handles live unloading of finished products for distribution to and from manufacturing facilities, supplier partners, distributors, customers, and consumers across the United States, Canada, and internationally. This includes managing multiple transportation modes (small parcel, LTL, FTL). The team maintains inventory through cycle counting and workflow practices within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). We continuously seek improvement in a best-in-class facility environment, working collaboratively for success.

  • Pick and organize loads/pallets from various warehouse areas
  • Receive shipments and store them appropriately
  • Learn and apply basic warehouse fundamentals, processes, and SOPs
  • Understand various warehouse roles/jobs
  • Spot and move loaded and empty trailers throughout the facility
Qualifications

All DC Associates will have:

  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Experience operating a Pallet Jack/Hand truck, forklift, and/or reach truck
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, or fulfillment (Parcel Picking)
  • Experience with WMS and RF Gun
  • Positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, quality, and safety
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision at times
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally, stand for prolonged periods, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, climb, and look over shoulders while driving forklifts
  • Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
