Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Neosho, MO is seeking a Material Handler to pick up, deliver and stock materials campus-wide using PIV equipment or manual transport. You will use scanners, PCs, and tablets to ensure timely supplies for assembly and maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include operating PIV equipment, following safety standards, staging parts, and supporting 5S practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers full-time hours and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Operates various forms of PIV equipment to receive, deliver and store supplies.
• Obtains work order to determine parts needed and delivery location.
• Retrieves sub-assemblies and parts from storage locations.
• Loads carts with required parts; stages completed carts in designated locations.
• Uses a scanner/tablet to manage transactions and inventory inquiries.
• Follows health and safety standards and 5S principles.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
