Warehouse Material Handler

Location: Eau Claire, WI

Job type: Full time

Schedule: 11am Start time, Monday - Friday

Hourly pay: $18.00/hr -$20.50/hr

**Compensation for this position includes hourly salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.

What You’ll Do

As a warehouse associate, you’re key to driving a great customer experience by getting products from our warehouse to our customers. You’ll help fill orders accurately by finding the right products, packaging them, and loading onto trucks. You’ll work in a positive, fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

You will…

• Load and unload trucks and move boxes/material safely using a forklift, pallet jack, handcart, or other device (no experience required - training provided)
• Count, check, and record items coming into or being shipped out of the warehouse
• Use a handheld device to scan barcodes and labels for inventory tracking
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route materials for delivery or storage
• Help keep products organized and undamaged
• Follow safety procedures to ensure warehouse security

What You Bring

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly, or up to 75 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to stand and walk for most of your shift
• Basic math skills (adding and subtracting)

• Willingness to learn equipment operation like forklifts and scanners (training provided)
• Ability to work in various warehouse temperatures
• Authorized to work in the US without VISA sponsorship
