Job summary

Hoffmaster in Clintonville, WI, is hiring a full-time Material Handler to support our manufacturing team. No experience required; paid training is provided. The role includes operating forklifts and RF scanners, moving materials, and keeping a safe, organized work area.

Shifts are 12 hours on a 2-2-3 rotating nights from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a $2/hr shift premium on top of $21/hr base pay, totaling $23/hr. A $1,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift experience preferred; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered equipment safely.
• Deliver raw materials to production machines and move finished goods to storage or staging areas.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Use RF scanners to track materials.
• Replace LP tanks and inspect battery equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow GMP, SQF, and all plant safety procedures.

Location: Clintonville, WI
Pay: $21 hr + $2/hr Shift premium = $23 /hour
Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus — $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Position: Full-time, Direct-Hire

How you will make an Impact:
