Creative Converting is hiring a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler to support night shift operations. You’ll play a vital role in keeping production running by delivering raw materials to work centers and transporting finished products to storage.

What is a 2-2-3 Schedule?

Week 1: Work Mon–Tue, off Wed–Thu, work Fri–Sat–Sun

Week 2: Off Mon–Tue, work Wed–Thu, off Fri–Sat–Sun

That means you only work 14 days per month—with every other weekend off!

Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklifts, roll clamps, and other equipment

Deliver raw materials to machines and move finished products to storage

Complete daily pre-operation checklists

Use radio frequency scanners to track material movement

Assist with two-person team tasks (plates, napkins, etc.)

Replace LP tanks and check battery connections

Load/unload trucks (scrap, skids, table covers)

Help maintain clean work areas (sweeping, debris, trash removal)

Report inventory or equipment issues to leadership

Follow GMP and SQF safety protocols

Foster a positive, team-based work environment

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Factory experience preferred but not required

Willingness to learn forklift and clamp operation (training provided)

Ability to operate forklifts safely and work well in a team environment
