Come and work for a 2024 Top Workplace Colorado and be part of our Warehouse team at our Platteville, CO processing facility on the night shift, from 6pm to 6am, Sunday to Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays.

Position Details
  • Base pay range: $22.00/yr - $24.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report deviations from Food Safety and Food Quality (HACCP & SQF) programs.
  • Unload and store deliveries of packaging materials using forklifts or pallet jacks.
  • Record all incoming deliveries in paper logs or ERP system.
  • Organize warehouse materials following FIFO and QA standards.
  • Stage materials for production, maintain inventory logs, and conduct cycle counts.
  • Operate forklifts up to 24 feet high, ensuring safety and accuracy.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members via radio, email, and text.
  • Utilize basic computer skills, including email and Excel, for reporting and inventory management.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Sort defective boxes and prepare pallets for disposal.
  • Assist with other projects as directed by the manager.
Qualifications
  • Experience in dry warehouse operations preferred.
  • Proficiency with stand-up and Bendi articulated forklifts is required.
  • Inventory management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to pass forklift safety certification.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to work in a cool, wet environment (34-38°F), lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing, and reaching.
