Job summary

The role requires operating forklifts and shop equipment safely, assisting with staging parts, blasting, and shipping, and ensuring compliance with policies in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Knowledge of basic shop equipment.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Must wear PPE.
• Ability to understand and follow basic oral and written instructions.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as directed by lead personnel and Shop Supervisor.
• Safely operates equipment such as forklifts, heat treat oven, hydro equipment, and other equipment used in manufacturing of heavy equipment.
• Support the manufacturing shop with staging parts and pieces, blasting, and shipping.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• All other tasks as assigned.
