Job summary

Flex--n--gate seeks a dependable forklift operator to support our fast-paced manufacturing environment in Salem, Ohio. You will load/unload materials, read and distinguish part numbers, and ensure containers and finished goods are correctly handled.

The role requires reading instructions, teamwork, and strong attention to quality and safety. Overtime may be required based on production needs, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements
