Flex-N-Gate is seeking a dependable forklift operator to join our manufacturing team in Salem, OH. You will load/unload, read part numbers, and maintain material flow while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaboratively with teammates. We value accuracy, strong time management, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1+ year forklift and material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.

Requirements

• Basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manual dexterity and attention to quality standards
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds

Working Conditions

• Overtime may be required based on production needs.
