Summary/Purpose
The MB Material Handler is responsible for inventory management, control and delivery.
Principle Accountabilities And Duties
- Parts/MB receiving and delivery.
- Manage parts and bin location.
- Organize warehouse and stock room.
- Build mockups for the lines.
- Record part usage history, order and keep enough part buffer for repair and rework.
- Make sure FIFO order based on the age of parts.
- Control parts and keep cost down to minimum.
- Make sure parts conform to ESD standard and keep in good condition. Prevent defective parts.
- Organize non-conforming parts and move to designated area.
- Do cycle count on periodic basis to make sure the inventory is accurate.
- Meet and exceed KPI defined to meet the business and operational requirement.
- Turn in KPI report on time, end of the working day.
- Check and keep record for ESD Audit daily.
- Follow 5S standard.
- Utilize the company’s time to be efficient and productive. This is including the punctuality from break and personal matter.
- When required, work assignment can changed based on project needs like inspection, testing, data input.
Competencies Required
- Requires the physical ability to lift 10 pounds
- Able to stand 8 hours consistently and push, pull, twist and lift at a minimum 10lbs container/boxes.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Knowledge using MS Excel, SAP, Service me.

- Reading Comprehension - Demonstrated ability to read, and follow written instructions and ideas.
