Job summary

LeoForce in Fresno, CA is seeking a Material Handler for our Manufacturing team. You will manage inventory, handle and move materials, and support production with accurate picking and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehousing or logistics, forklift experience, and a focus on safety and accuracy. Certification for hazardous materials is required, and ISO standards knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Data Entry, and File Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and operate a forklift.
• Hazardous materials handling certification required.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, store, and maintain raw materials, WIP, purchased parts, and assemblies per dispatcher reports, BOMs, pick lists, orders, and JOLs.
• Accurately pull materials for orders and internal jobs, verify before delivery to Machining, Assembly, or Shipping.
• Transfer and transport materials to designated storage or production areas.
• Monitor shortages and fulfill material needs as inventory becomes available.
• Perform inventory transactions including receipts, cycle counts, stock adjustments, and location updates.
• Participate in routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Unload, uncrate, unpack, inspect, count, and weigh materials using forklifts or manual handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per safety policies and ISO standards.
• Adhere to attendance, conduct, and safety requirements.

As a Consulting Material Handler in our Manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our production processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a keen understanding of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for handling, storing, and maintaining raw materials and other components vital to our manufacturing process.
