Job summary

Innovative Controls Inc. in East Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring a full-time warehouse associate working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., to support production lines with materials and parts and to assist the shipping department. The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, the ability to stand, bend and lift 50 lbs, basic math and computer literacy for inventory tracking, and forklift operation if trained.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift 50 lbs consistently.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Ability to work a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. shift.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills with inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with raw materials and parts; transport goods from production to staging/shipping; support shipping department in all aspects of shipping.
• Operate forklifts safely to load/unload trucks and move materials within warehouse and department spaces.
• Verify incoming stock against packing slips for accuracy and damage.
• Unpack parts for stock; log inventory movements; record inventory data.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Job Type: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $17.50 – $21.00 Hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply production lines with raw materials and parts; transport goods from production to staging/shipping; support shipping department in all aspects of shipping.
