Base pay range

$19.58/hr - $19.58/hr

Responsibilities

• Distribute materials from receiving and storage to production and shipping areas using HI-LOs, carts, and material handling equipment.
• Maintain proper levels of materials and supplies in work areas.
• Communicate shortages and disposition of rejected materials to supervisors.
• Obtain and deliver materials according to job priorities, ensuring timely staging.
• Process, verify, store, and track supplies and materials, maintaining inventory levels.
• Verify material details such as quantity, color, and type.
• Perform cleanup of scrap, cardboard, and skids, and manage trash and recycling.
• Check material sizes with tape measure and package finished goods.
• Prioritize work orders for production/shipping.
• Use basic math for inventory counting and adjustments.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of hi-lo equipment and change batteries as needed.
• Report issues to supervisors and complete necessary paperwork.
• Assist other departments when required.
• Ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery of customer products.
• Participate in process and safety improvements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of Hi-Lo experience.
• Strong work history.
• Ability to maneuver a forklift in tight indoor spaces.
• Proficiency with basic math and tape measure use.
• Experience with safety checks, inspections, and battery changes.
• Computer skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Aptitude for multi-tasking.

Requirements
