Job summary

Lingo Staffing is seeking a Material Handler / Machine Operator in the Leetsdale, PA area to start ASAP. This role blends warehouse duties with production tasks, including receiving, loading, operating machinery, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Shifts include 1st 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 3rd 6:00 PM–6:00 AM with rotating schedules. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and drug screening, lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or material handling is preferred.
• Ability to operate production machinery and monitor quality.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Comfort with standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments.
• Organize and store materials in designated areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

Material Handler / Machine Operators

This role combines warehouse and production responsibilities. You will handle materials, operate machinery, and assist with the smooth and safe flow of production. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness are essential.

Pay & Scheduled:

• $18.00 Hourly
• 1st shift: 6:00AM - 6:00PM - (Rotating schedule)
• 3rd shift: 6:00PM - 6:00AM - (Rotating schedule)
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Job Requirements & Duties:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Organize and store materials in designated areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist in warehouse cleaning and organization.
• Operate and monitor machinery in the production line.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or machine operation experience a plus.
