What You Will Do
  • Count, identify, and receive all incoming material
  • Pack and process according to contractual obligations and applicable military standards (MIL-STD)
  • Follow desktop work instructions, contracts, and other directions to complete tasks precisely
  • Maintain accurate records of all materials, transactions, and supplies
  • Adhere to safety regulations and promote safety culture within the team and organization
  • Participate in process and safety improvement endeavors
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and/or other Logistics personnel to ensure smooth flow of operations
  • Utilize SAP, MS Office, and other, similar programs to complete the above actions
  • Must be able to safely and comfortably lift 28 lbs. individually/58 lbs. as part of a team lift
  • Utilize a power industrial truck (reach truck) to safely move and store bulk materials
  • This is a first shift, onsite position.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with MIL-STD packaging and contractual requirements
  • Reach truck certification and experience
  • Experience with SAP (APEX, PRISM)

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 70,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
