Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Material Handler - Level 3 in Olathe, Kansas, on-site. You will manage movement, storage, and control of materials to support production and timely delivery, while ensuring accuracy, safety, and smooth cross‑department collaboration.

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you’ll handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, and inventory records, while using forklifts and WMS/ERP tools to keep material flow aligned with production needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in material handling within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and material flow management.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software to track and manage inventory.
• Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Job description

As a Material Handler - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing the movement, storage, and control of materials within our facility to ensure efficient production and timely delivery. You will be responsible for handling materials safely and accurately, supporting inventory management, and collaborating with various departments to maintain smooth operations.

You will report directly to our Logistics Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Olathe, KS location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency of our supply chain operations by ensuring materials are handled correctly and available when needed, contributing to overall production success and customer satisfaction.
