Position Summary:
Level One: Level One material handlers work under direct supervision. They are typically forklift certified and may be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include loading/unloading semi-trucks, stocking raw materials, moving materials to and from machines, and interpreting work orders. Additional duties involve picking and kitting materials, supporting inventory audits, and handling revert transport. Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory processes are preferred to maintain accurate inventory and traceability in the MRP system. Usually, 0-1 years of experience are required.

For informational purposes, the pay range is $19.00 to $23.75 USD hourly, based on various factors. The role is eligible for the Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at a 1X bonus factor, based on company performance. Employees receive 96 hours of paid time off annually, 10 paid holidays, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
This position involves access to controlled information subject to U.S. export control laws (ITAR, EAR). Applicants must be U.S. Persons or authorized to receive controlled information under a license or permission from relevant authorities.
