Job summary

You will perform warehouse tasks, complete shipping paperwork, and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives while maintaining good attendance and effective communication.

Overtime may be required as production needs dictate; prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math including fractions and decimals; familiarity with Standard/Imperial and metric systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Perform warehouse responsibilities.
• Perform periodic inspection of equipment and report repairs or issues.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Load and unload materials accurately; complete related paperwork.
• Utilize barcoding system for order picking and shipping paperwork.
• Review and follow shipping order instructions and specifications.
• Read and interpret packaging instructions on work orders.
