Job Purpose: Maintain warehouse orderliness, ensure correct staging, checking, and loading of shipments, and perform material handling duties. Ensure safe operation of forklifts and walkies following safety policies. Reports to shift supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
  • Experience with WMS, knowledge of QMS and Lean Warehousing, operating material handling equipment, and RF scanners.
  • Pull and stage parts, complete requisitions for shortages.
  • Package inventory and shipments properly.
  • Follow safety policies when using lifting devices and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Learn daily warehouse operations.
  • Verify order accuracy and completeness.
  • Pick customer orders efficiently to minimize costs and ensure safety.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work with urgency and accountability, with limited supervision.
  • Understand computer and RF equipment use.
  • Work well in a team and lead when needed.
  • Read, write, and understand English.
  • Pay attention to detail and quality.
  • Communicate clearly, resolve problems, and interact well with others.
  • Work overtime and cover shifts as needed.
  • Experience on sit-down forklifts and walkies.
  • Build and break down pallets, cross-dock freight.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years warehouse experience.
  • Good attendance and stable work history.
