Position Purpose: Maintain warehouse organization, ensure proper staging and loading of shipments, operate forklift and walkie equipment safely, and support warehouse shipping and receiving activities. Reports to shift supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate WMS, RF scanners, and understand QMS and Lean Warehousing principles.
• Stage parts for production, complete requisitions, package inventory, and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Verify order accuracy, pick customer orders efficiently, and perform other tasks as assigned.

Additional Skills:

• Work with urgency and accountability, with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in basic computer use and RF equipment.
• Team player with leadership skills.
• Fluent in English, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Flexible to work overtime and cover shifts as needed.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts, building pallets, cross docking freight, and working in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years warehouse experience.
