Job summary

The role emphasizes shop organization, safety, and timely material availability. Typical duties include forklift operation, cycle counts, data entry, and collaboration with service managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or related experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, email, and data entry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries from carriers.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, ensuring accuracy.
• Organize, store, and distribute incoming materials to appropriate locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts, audits, and inventory control initiatives.
• Manage tank inventory levels, coordinate replenishment orders, and oversee delivery scheduling.
• Assist in ordering parts and materials needed to support service and operational teams.
• Take ownership of overall shop and warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Maintain clear aisles, organized storage locations, and safe working conditions.
