Teledyne FLIR Defense is seeking a Material Handler / Inventory Specialist to support manufacturing and engineering operations. You will receive, label, stock, and transport materials to keep products moving efficiently through the organization.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, ability to work across teams, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma and 1+ year in a related field are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, stockroom or logistics preferred.

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Material Handler / Inventory Specialist and play a key role in supporting manufacturing and engineering operations. In this hands‑on position, you will be responsible for receiving, handling, labeling, stocking, and transporting materials to ensure products and projects move efficiently through the organization. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, support shipping and receiving activities, and contribute to a well‑organized, high‑performing stockroom environment. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and components

• Label, package, and prepare materials for storage or production use

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory control activities

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, stockroom, or logistics environment preferred

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality

• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment

• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
