Job summary

Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is seeking a Material Handler (Levels I–III) at our Houston facility. You’ll ensure parts, materials, and inventory move smoothly so the build lines never wait.

Qualifications

Level I requires 0–1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
Level II requires 1–3 years with inventory management and system accuracy.
Level III requires 3+ years with leadership experience.
Proficiency with warehouse management software and inventory reconciliation.
Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts following Frazer certification.

Responsibilities

Pull materials from warehouse stock for production orders and ensure proper labeling/logging.
Deliver materials to production work centers and keep bays stocked and on schedule.
Run the system and log material issues in the WMS to keep counts accurate.
Monitor KanBan levels and replenish before gaps are noticed.
Handle returns, substitutions, and job-order changes without disruption.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely on the warehouse floor.
Level III trains incoming handlers and acts as escalation point when supervisor is out.
