Job summary

PFNonwovens LLC is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for accurate tallies of finished goods and raw materials, and supplying production when needed. You will communicate across shifts, handle RF gun operations, and ensure inventory integrity in a busy, safety-focused environment.

The role includes adapting to a noisy manufacturing setting with PPE, long shifts, and opportunities for advancement and benefits. A strong work ethic and ability to follow procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk for 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Good hand-eye coordination and basicMathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information between incoming and outgoing shifts affecting warehouse and production.
• Cross-train for Shipping and 69GMR Warehouse duties.
• Calculate accurate tallies and documentation during loading/unloading and warehouse processes.
• Inspect equipment daily and report defects to management.
• Maintain efficient product flow and housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Support production lines with material requests.
• Provide accurate and legible paperwork to maintain inventory database.
• Ensure daily inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Operate the Radio Frequency Gun for movements, barcode checks and inventories.
• Assist with repack and labeling when needed.
• Follow all safety rules and use PPE at all times.
• Ensure palletized product quality and proper storage per policies.
• Assist in preventative maintenance tasks.
• Document issues and product changes clearly.
• Follow Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed.
