Job summary

Kruger Family Industries in North America seeks a Material Handler to receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products. You will support a continuous flow of operations and maintain accurate data entry and documentation.

The role requires basic math skills, forklift operation training, and clear communication to coordinate with shifts and supervisors. A high school diploma is preferred and prior related experience is a plus; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no advanced degree required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products.
• Sort materials by size, type, style, color, or product code and place on racks or bins.
• Communicate unresolved issues to supervisor and relay order status or special orders.
• Operate a forklift to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Contribute to maintaining compliance with company standards and policies.
• Perform physical audits, investigate inventory discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Compile documentation from customer specifications and ensure accuracy.
• Clean and organize applicable work areas and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain knowledge of daily computer systems used for inventory and transactions.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and follow shift schedules.
• Follow Versatility Chart and company procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform all duties in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
