Job summary

Eaton Aerospace Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division is seeking a Material Handler for the Grand Rapids, MI facility. The role involves managing inventory, cycle counts, material issuance, and ERP transactions to support production and customers.

The position requires a high school diploma, up to 40 lbs lifting, and ERP/office software familiarity; relocation is not offered and overtime may apply. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a 7:00am–3:30pm shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Residence within 50 miles of Grand Rapids, MI facility; no relocation offered.
• One year of logistics or related field experience preferred.
• ERP experience and proficiency with Excel, Oracle, WMS and related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory by cycle count; issue and transfer material.
• Support receiving, stock room, and shipping processes.
• Process material receipts and repairs into ERP; ship finished goods and materials to vendors.
• Verify counts, packaging, serial numbers, and documentation; generate invoicing via MFG PRO/EDGE/Document Management.
• Maintain safe, clean work area; comply with safety rules; handle hazardous material labeling.
