Job summary

Valto, Inc is seeking a Material Handler in Channahon, IL to receive, inspect, and move raw materials to production, ensuring accurate inventory and safe handling. The role requires forklift use and adherence to safety standards, with 2–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in warehouse, receiving, shipping, or material handling.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain/maintain it.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and unload incoming materials to ensure accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport and store materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and transactions.
• Maintain 5S and safe storage practices; support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate shipping orders from processing to loading.
• Handle RGAs and related claims.
