Job summary

Accuray is seeking a warehouse/shipments associate to operate a company box truck and support shipping, receiving, storage and distribution across facilities. The role includes verifying goods against purchase orders, packaging items for shipment and maintaining shipment records.

This position may involve lifting heavy items and occasionally operating a forklift, ensuring accurate inventory handling and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to operate a company box truck to transport materials between facilities. Additional duties include supporting shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

• Responsibilities also include verifying goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
• Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges.
• Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift.
• Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped.
• Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines.
