Job summary

You will support packaging, labeling, and loading of products for internal departments or customers, while recording quality and output measures and handling related paperwork. Responsibilities include pre-packing, pallet loading, material staging, labeling, safe operation of equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain powered lift truck certification and operate safely.
• Completion of on-the-job and safety training.
• Proficient reading/writing in English and basic math.
• Warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to follow simple verbal and written instructions.
• Must stand for extended periods and lift 60–80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Check material for defects and weigh products for quality.
• Pre-pack finished product at wrap/banding/bagging station.
• Load packaged material onto pallets and secure for transport.
• Pull and stage materials to meet production demands.
• Apply labels and operate packaging equipment safely.
• Record quality and output data and complete paperwork.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment; perform other duties as needed.
